European Business & Nature Summit: Green economic recovery – Reshaping business for nature and people

On 8-9 December 2020, the EU Business @Biodiversity Platform of the European Commission is organising the "European Business and Nature Summit" in co-operation with the Belgian federal and Flemish government, the Shift and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

In light of countries’ efforts to handle the COVID-19 crisis and overcoming its economic impacts, more than ever, there is a need and an opportunity for businesses to reconsider their relationship with nature and people. To rebuild their resilience and thrive in the long term, businesses must embark on a green recovery. 

The aim of the summit is to showcase businesses that see nature as having a critical value for their business and take action to create and adapt business models that contribute to rebuilding ecosystem's health.
